We had my best friends Hens night here, the food packages were so good and everyone raved about the food! The venue was so good to communicate with, shout out to Chantelle who helped us with the planning out of the event and their belly dancer Jacqui who was such good vibes and ran a dance lesson for us at the hens! The bar staff were super friendly and fun to joke around with! The owner was so nice and welcoming! The bar just felt like a big family and felt as if they were welcoming you into their family! Can’t recommend them enough and we can’t wait to go back apart of their regular dinner service soon! If you’re thinking about a fun hens or similar event or any event, GO HERE!! I promise you won’t be disappointed and all your guests will be raving about their experience for weeks !

Great bar/restaurant to visit in Canberra. Staff very welcoming and attentive from when you enter. Very busy on a Friday so it's best to book. 3 share plates and a main were enough for two people. There was also some burlesque dancing which did feel a bit random. Would recommend the vine leaves!

I LOVE coming here!! I am always welcomed like family. The owner Soumi and the staff are absolutely amazing❤️ Coming to watch one of the shows that are put on while you eat is such a vibe and couldn't recommend highly enough. I came for a date night here and went with the $150pp package which includes seven signature dishes served to share, 90 minutes of premium free-flowing sips select cocktails, spirits, wines and beers. FREE FLOWIING 😁👌 Keeping in mind the free flowing drinks i only remembered to take pictures of these two dishes that absolutely HIT! Kingfish, dill, shallots, semi dried tomatoes, pomegranate, pickled currant and Neptune Beards Oysters, Sydney rocks, freshly sucked Pomegranate molasses and Beach bananas ( Karkalla ) Everything else was amazing too just the drinks got the better of me and forgot to take more 😂

What a fabulous restaurant! During our three weeks in Canberra we came here twice for drinks and enjoyed excellent and friendly service by Max at the bar. We enjoyed ourselves at much that we returned tonight for our last meal in Canberra. Again the service was wonderful with excellent descriptions the menu and food and each item was a delight of wonderful flavors. We enjoyed the Halloumi and lamb ribs small plates and the chicken main plate. All of it wonderfully prepared and served.

Who is the Chef??!!! What a genius!!! My goodness this food was the stuff of dreams. We were very pleased with the service. Sumi was a joy to speak to. The waiter was clearly a professional who knew how to make people feel welcome and well served. The food was amazing. Prices super reasonable. I have gone to the bar for drinks in the past but this is the first time I eat there. Loved it!

The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful (and included a few blessings on the family). The food is superb. It was a perfect evening and they went above and beyond to ensure the birthday girl was catered to and felt special.

We had a wonderful experience at Bar Beirut. The owner and staff were incredibly lovely and friendly, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The menu is fantastic, with a great mix of share plates and larger meals. Everything we tried was packed with flavour, but the lamb ribs were our absolute favourite – so buttery, tender, and full of rich flavour. Service was fast and efficient, and the quality of the food really stood out. If you’re looking for authentic, flavour-packed Middle Eastern food, we would highly recommend Bar Beirut. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved. it. Walked in off the street on a Thursday and seated immediately. We had the kingfish (wow), lamb, eggplant and tabouleh. all incredible and the staff were happy, helpful and passionate about what they do. the Lebanese wines also delicious. Cannot recommend more highly. Shukran!!!

An award winner for a reason! Beirut Bar offers a unique experience unlike no other bar in Canberra. Not only are the cocktails the best in Canberra, the food is also exceptional. It is not often you find a bar that ticks every box - this is the one that exceeds expectation, every time! The team are more than accommodating, and know their stuff. Soumi is a star and leading the hospitality industry in his field by leaps and bounds. We love this place - couldn’t recommend more highly. A must visit if travelling to Canberra!
